If you have the budget to stretch to the asking price of the KVL8320S, then by no means go for it. You have an iron-clad 10-year warranty that you will get value for money. However, the KVL8300S is cheaper than the KVL8320S by almost 200 pounds. If you want bang for your money, you are better off buying the KVL8300S then buy the external attachments separately. The extra attachments might only cost you an extra 100 quid so you will still end up better off saving 100 quid in the process.
